Healthiness - Healthy moves
In interested circles it is known that Wing Tsun is probably the most functional self-defence system which has been developed by humans. Many people also recognise that Wing Tsun develops wonderful effects when having pain states. What where does it come from?
This is caused by the movements, mostly slow executed, which have a favourable effect for health. The most important movements are included in the Wing Tsun-forms. It is connected with the unadulterated traditional martial arts which always had a healthy aspect, too. The "old" China is famous for developing a number of healthy-keeping and curativing methods. Right (and sufficient) movements are always a main part of this.
Healthy - Removal of pain.
Due to the muscle relaxing moves in the forms and practices pains disappear as it were after affected people started training Wing Tsun regularly. But what have muscles in common with pain?
A lot: Most of all pain are caused by muscular disbalances. These arise from one-sideness in the move repertoire. The human body is made for versatile claims like running, jumping, swimming or climbing in the trees. Are these claims just insufficient the muscular system can not stay pliant. Who rests the rusts as the saying goes.
Muscles which are not used because of missing claim adapts by shorten itself. This would lead to mechanical wrong stressed and excessive weared out joints - if there were not the pain. The solution consists of the re-production of the muscles by corresponding move practices and to eleminate the cause of the pain with it as they are in content in Wing Tsun.
